Heard of EXTREME IRONING neither had I till I discovered it from a message I received on ecademy (from my profile) about my attraction to extreme sport. What can I say, I guess the army days were enough ironing for me!

Well, who would have ever thought that someone could have that much fun ironing! Certainly not for me! It's bad enough doing it in the comfort of my own home, let alone on the top of a mountain, not to mention carrying the ironing board up there! Perhaps eccentricity IS the word (the web sites's words not mine!) And my husband would agree with you, his two year army service was enough ironing for him - he said he'd never pick up an iron again and he's kept his word!
